Each year during Domestic Violence week events take place to raise awareness. 

This year I spoke at the Women Weaving Stories event where I spoke to raise awareness and understanding of Emotional Abuse, something that can be very challenging for others to see and understand.

I shared my experiences, the impact it had on my self esteem and relationships and the strategies I have developed to over come it.
